Kubla Con is a very friendly convention that takes place in San Francisco over the Memorial Day weekend each year, with more than 2,000 people attending. A wide variety of games are played, from RPGs to miniature wargames, and boardgames and table top games are well represented. The day before the Kniziathon, the Uberplayathon was run... using the Kniziathon rules.

This is the fifth consecutive year that Kubla Con has hosted a Kniziathon. It took place on the Sunday, with people waiting in line before the 8 a.m. start! Over the six hour period, some sixty people took part. In the tightest of contests, the top three placings were:
